Photoshoot Glam with Kourtney Kellar

I was finally reunited with one of my favorite faces yesterday!

Kourtney wanted something glowy and bronzed for her shoot- basically the makeupbyKitty special!

The key to achieving this kind of look is prepping the skin to provide that natural glow. Because no matter how good the makeup application, it looks even better when skin is plump and hydrated.

One of my favorite ways is by using facial sprays. Not only do these sprays provide instant moisture to the skin, they dry down quickly and can be worn underneath or on top of makeup. Making them ideal to use on clients. Many sprays are also formulated with vitamins, antioxidants, and other feel good ingredients!

Kourtney also requested we make her features pop. I chose to cream contour her face to really define her cheekbones, jawline, etc, while providing an overall warmth to the face after foundation.

I kept the eyes slightly smokey to add definition by concentrating the darker colors outward and around the lash line. Applying a shimmer shadow to the lid also played into the overall dewy feel of this look.

I'm obsessed with the length Kourtney has on her brows, and decided to give go with a more naturally defined brow- totally on trend at the moment!
